I've paid for my Fairy Magic Mail, and now I can't see or change my letter's contents.
After you pay for your Fairy Magic Mail, you are no longer able to change the contents of your letter. This makes sure that we haven't produced a letter that doesn't coincide with your final content. If you have a special circumstance and need to make a change to your letter before it is sent, feel free to contact us and make a request. If we haven't yet produced and shipped your Fairy Magic Mail, we should be able to accommodate any changes.
Is Fairy Magic Mail an e-greeting?
No. Fairy Magic Mail is real mail (sometimes called "snail mail" online) that includes custom-selected artwork and text in a gold tube that is mailed to a recipient.

Please contact us if your country isn't listed, and we will either make special arrangements for your order, or see if we can add your country to our shipping list.
I want to order multiple Fairy Magic Mail greetings at a time.
Right now our shopping cart must limit the number of greetings purchased at a time to one, so that separate shipping addresses may be chosen for each greeting and shipping cost can be calculated properly on a per-item basis. If you need to place a bulk order please contact us and we can make a special arrangment.
I am unable to view the preview image of the combined fairy and background in the "Order Magic Mail" form.
